I am a PhD student in economics at UC San Diego. My research focuses on reducing the barriers that limit housing and infrastructure development, and on improving government services and regulation, particularly in light of the political and behavioral factors that shape policy effectiveness.

Prior to starting my PhD, I was a pre-doctoral researcher at the Climate Impact Lab at UChicago and received my Master of Public Administration in environmental science and policy at Columbia University. Before transitioning to policy and economics, I worked in Silicon Valley as a product manager.
